CXFix is a platform that empowers users to resolve customer service incidents. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze user-submitted incident descriptions, search for relevant information on third-party websites, and generate actionable guidance. Users can also contribute their own resolution guides to the community.

3. User Accounts

  • Registration: To access certain features, such as uploading evidence and tracking your guides, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content and Conduct

  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including incident descriptions, file uploads, and manual contributions ("User Content").
  • License to Us: By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Service. For manually contributed guides, this includes making them publicly available to help other users.
  • Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to submit any User Content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. You may not use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE GUIDANCE PROVIDED BY CXFIX, WHETHER GENERATED BY AI OR CONTRIBUTED BY THE COMMUNITY, IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL ADVICE.

We make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. The use of information obtained from the Service is at your own risk. We are not a law firm, and no attorney-client relationship is formed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CXFix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of CXFix and its licensors.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is based, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
