  • Manual Contributions: If you contribute a manual fix, we collect the details you provide, including company name, issue, outcome, your step-by-step guide, and any optional information like your name for attribution.

Data Collected Automatically

Like most web services, we may automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access our Services. For example, we may log your IP address, operating system type, browser type, and information about your use of and actions on our Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect in the following ways:

  • To Provide the Core Service: We use your incident description and details to generate a personalized action plan. This involves sending the text and relevant context to a third-party AI service (Google's Gemini models) to analyze and generate the guide.
  • To Operate and Maintain the Service: To create your account, manage your access, and store your generated guides and uploaded files.
  • To Share Publicly (Contributions): Guides submitted, whether via AI generation or manual contribution, may be made publicly available to help other users. Manual contributions may be published with the contributor name you provide. AI-generated guides are anonymized.
  • To Improve Our Services: To understand how users interact with our platform and make improvements.
  • To Communicate With You: To send you service-related notifications or respond to your inquiries.

3. Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

  • With Third-Party AI Providers: Your incident description is processed by Google's AI services to generate your guide. We do not send your personal account information or raw uploaded files to the AI model, only the text of your incident and extracted context.
  • With Your Consent (Public Guides): When you contribute a guide, it may be shared publicly on our platform to help others.
  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If release of information is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

4. Security of Your Information

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures from industry-standard providers like Firebase (Google Cloud) to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

As a user, you have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can manage your guides and personal data from your dashboard. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact us.
